After signing in, open your Account Dashboard to view and manage your personal information, orders, messages, saved addresses and account settings.
Update Your Personal Information
You can update your name, email address, phone number and other personal details at any time. Keeping your information up to date helps us communicate important updates about your account and orders.
Manage Delivery Addresses
Add multiple delivery addresses to your account, edit existing addresses or set a default delivery address for faster checkout. Always ensure your address details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Change Your Password
If you would like to update your password, visit your Account Settings and choose the Change Password option. We recommend using a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
View Your Orders
Your My Orders section provides quick access to your complete order history, current order status, invoices and delivery progress, allowing you to easily manage all your purchases in one place.
Manage Your Messages
Communicate securely with sellers through Mzansi Marketplace's built-in messaging system. All conversations remain within the platform, making it easy to track discussions about your orders and products.
Notification Preferences
Mzansi Marketplace will notify you about important account activity, order updates and messages through email and in-app push notifications. Make sure your contact information is kept up to date so you never miss important updates.
Keep Your Account Secure
Never share your login details with anyone. Always sign out when using a shared device and be cautious of emails or messages requesting your password or personal information. Mzansi Marketplace will never ask for your password through email or messages.
