View Your Orders
Sign in to your Mzansi Marketplace account and open "My Orders" from your account dashboard. Every order you have placed is listed together with its current status, order number, purchase date and total amount.
Open Order Details
Select the order you would like to view. The order details page displays the products purchased, seller information, shipping address, payment status and the latest order updates.
Follow Your Delivery
Once your seller prepares your order for dispatch, the delivery status will automatically update as it moves through each stage of the shipping process. If tracking is available, you can monitor your parcel directly from your order page.
Order Status Explained
Your order may progress through several stages including Pending Payment, Payment Received, Processing, Ready for Dispatch, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered or Cancelled. Each status helps you understand exactly where your order is.
Receive Notifications
Mzansi Marketplace keeps you informed by sending email notifications and push notifications whenever there is an important update to your order, such as payment confirmation, dispatch, shipping progress or successful delivery.

If you have a question about your order, you can contact the seller directly using the secure in-app messaging system. All conversations remain within Mzansi Marketplace, making it easy to keep track of your communication.
