Processing time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect a returned item.
Partial refunds
If only part of an order is returned, or an item shows wear, a partial refund reflecting the item's condition may be issued instead.
Cancelled orders
Orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full, typically within 24 hours.
Where the funds appear
Card refunds appear on your statement based on your bank's processing times, which can add a few extra days after we issue the refund.
