Eligibility
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Perishables, personalised items, and items marked "final sale" on the product page cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
Open the order in "My Orders" and select "Request Return". You will receive a prepaid return label if the item qualifies.
Condition on arrival
Returned items are inspected on arrival. Items that show signs of use beyond opening the packaging may only qualify for a partial refund.
